LEGAL INFORMATION, DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT, RETURN AND PRIVACY POLICIES

1. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

At Kaptan Foreign Trade, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can exercise your return and withdrawal rights within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1.1 Right of Withdrawal and Period

The buyer (customer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must use one of the following communication channels:

1.2 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and must not have been washed.
  • The product label must not have been removed.
  • The product must be undamaged and stain-free.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging with all accessories.

1.3 Return Process

The return process proceeds as follows: A return request is created > The product is shipped > The product is inspected > The return is approved > The refund is processed within 10 business days using the same payment method the customer used.

1.4 Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

  • Products manufactured specifically for the individual (Personalized products).
  • Hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, etc.) and hygiene products with opened packaging.

1.5 Defective or Faulty Product

If the product is defective or faulty, all costs will be covered by Kaptan Dış Ticaret. Contact: info@kaptandisticaret.com

2. DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES: SELLER: CAPTAİN AFRİCA EXPORT. BUYER: The person who placed the order through the website.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT: This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the product purchased by the buyer online.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AND PAYMENT: Product and payment information are specified during the order process.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY: The product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery time will not exceed the legal period.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product. Contact: info@captainafricaexport.com

ARTICLE 6 – EXCEPTIONS: Personalized and hygiene products are excluded from withdrawal.

ARTICLE 7 – AUTHORIZED COURT: Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes.

3. PRE-INFORMATION FORM

The buyer acknowledges being informed about Seller, Product, Price, Payment, Delivery, Right of withdrawal, and Return conditions. Placing an order signifies acceptance.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

At Kaptan Foreign Trade, your personal data (Name, Address, Phone, Email, Payment Info) is protected. Data is used for Order/Delivery processing, Customer Service, and Legal Obligations. Data will not be shared with third parties outside of legislation.

5. GDPR INFORMATION TEXT (KVKK)
